Terms of Service

These terms describe the agreement between you and Forkluck when you create an account or use the service.

Effective: August 10, 2026

Using Forkluck

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

You may use Forkluck only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or another person’s use of it.

Your kitchen data

You keep ownership of the recipes, prices, labor records, sales files, and other content you add to Forkluck.

You give Forkluck permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you. We do not gain ownership of your content.

Planning estimates

Forkluck’s formulation, costing, labor, and sales results depend on the information you enter and the data supplied by connected services. Review the results before relying on them for purchasing, pricing, production, staffing, tax, accounting, health, or safety decisions.

Forkluck is a kitchen planning tool. It is not medical, nutritional, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Connected services

If you connect another service, its own terms and policies also apply. Forkluck is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or errors in a service operated by someone else. You can disconnect a connection from your settings.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Forkluck as the product develops. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.

Ending your use

You may stop using Forkluck at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates a security risk, or is used to harm the service or another person.

Disclaimers and liability

Forkluck is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
