1. What Forkluck Is

Forkluck provides a WhatsApp-based ordering assistant that helps restaurant professionals place supply orders with third-party vendors. We are a software tool, not a food distributor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to place orders on behalf of your restaurant. Access is by referral only.

3. Your Vendor Account

You provide your existing Baldor login through our secure onboarding form. You represent that you are authorized to use those credentials.

4. Orders and Liability

• Orders are submitted directly to Baldor using your account and are subject to Baldor's terms.
• Forkluck does not guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery schedules.
• You review and confirm every order before it ships.
• Forkluck is provided "as is."

2. How We Store It

Vendor passwords are encrypted at rest. Onboarding links are time-limited and single-use.
